“Goods are great and the website provides lots of support. The 'next day' delivery was not so good - ordered on the 4th, and delivered on the 8th - standard delivery would likely have been as good.”

“Overall great! Wish there was a little diagram with each product to show how best to get out of it - or maybe a project that someone used for the item? Like this one .... zombMe in my window ... shoot him with your nerf. “Took a while for my order to get shipped during the Christmas period but once it had it was fast. My order arrived the next day, it was well packaged and I have been having lots of fun with it! Would gladly recommend ordering from ThePiHut again!”

“My son and I found it a bit hard to work out where to fit the heatsink... Online advice was focused on stuff not out of the box... So I would suggest an update to the inbox docs to make it clearer. We figured it out in the end....”

“My first pi, was really happy that the wee flash drive had an os on it. Took me a few goes to ensure the board fitted correctly into the case. The only issue I had was with the non uk plug. I definitely requested a uk plug but got a 2 pin instead. The confirmation email suggested an EU version. I don’t mind so much as I’m using a usb cable I have already, but that is the reason I didn’t give 5*”

“Great service Received the product as described, Shipping took a while but I believe that was due to the stock and availability of the Raspberry Pi. Never had any questions due to the informative emails I received. Also wanted to add that it's great they can deliver to the small island I'm from, it's often a pain trying to buy things that aren't from the big retailers i.e., Amazon Overall good experience would buy again. :)”

“Shipping was prompt and easy. Pi Hole Kit (hardware) was nice, but came locked down without any supplied default login/password. Ended up having to flash it with a new image and configure myself. Not the end of the world, but a 1-step setup as advertised. All in all, happy with the kit and accessories”

“I had a lot of fun with the robot. Building wasn't always very easy. But in the end I got it working though. My children were trilled with this little robot, so it got a pet name, litte Jules. I even got it working by using our Nintendo controller.”

“I have purchased multiple items from The Pi Hut over several years and the experience has always been almost exclusively pain free and rewarding. The prices are very reasonable, (both products and shipping) and the availability and range are both top notch. The only slight detractors from the experience have been two-fold, firstly that descriptions sometimes lack clarity about contents upon initial inspection without a detailed review (i.e. a Pi Zero heatsink comes with its own adhesive so you won't need to buy one separate for instance. It isn't initially apparent if that's the case) and secondly that linked items don't always correlate perfectly. (I was looking at the 8gb Pi 5, then decided to buy the linked kit instead. However the one I linked to was the 4gb option and it wasn't obvious until I'd already made the purchase.) These aren't deal-breaking issues by any means and certainly involved a certain amount of user error, however a certain clarity in descriptions and titles might alleviate this sort of thing. Having made my order for the Pi 5, the team were very quick to notify me of new stock arriving and imminent shipping ahead of schedule which was an unexpected blessing. In the main, and almost without exception, The Pi Hut have been a pleasure to buy from and I will continue to go to them first for all my raspberry pi needs.”

“The Pi Hut were brilliant in getting my rather late order to me in time for Christmas. I'm delighted with the RPi4B with the HiFiBerry DAC+ HAT and a High Pi case, to make good use of a music streaming subscription. The power supply wasn't the one I ordered and did not fit, but I did have one already so that wasn't a critical issue and I've put in for a replacement.”

“Your service and range of products continue to be very good. I have a suggestion, based on my recent experience. I ordered a Raspberry Pi5 in (I think) September - and there was a long delay (I expected that) in receiving the item. Unfortunately, you delivered over Christmas - when I happened to be away, so the item was left on my doorstep (my neighbour helped out - so all was well). It wasn't obvious to me how to *delay* my order to make sure it happened at a time I know I would be in - maybe you could make this feature available (or more obvious if it already exists). Thanks, John”
