“I was quite easy to choose and buy from the site. The only problem is delivery time, although they may not depend on PiHut.”

“Good products, 100% accurate items received. The *only* improvement would be telling the customers when their order might ship (even an estimate would be enough). Ordered Saturday, received Wednesday. Five days is totally fine, of course. Thanks for keeping this shop up and running.”

“Hi! Have used you a few times before, always excellent service! (That's why I come back!) The ONLY reason I put 4 stars and not 5 was because I forgot to order a case at the same time as the Pi5 and other bits. I realised overnight and contacted PiHut to add the case but was told that was not possible so I raised a separate order (and that included postage). All items arrived at the same time. Completely understand the delay after the Christmas break by the way.”

“Due to high demand for the product the delivery time was relatively high, but that was known and to expect and hence ok for me. I just forgot about the custom duties as it came from UK. With additional 1/5 of the product cost it is relatively high. I would not again order it from PiHut - or any other company that ship from outside the EU like UK. Here PiHut should find a better solution, already in their very own interest.”

“Not the immediate delivery i usually get from PiHut but it was Xmas and I was kept informed about the possible delay which was partly due to getting Pi 5s out. Arrived safley and well packed.”
