“Luckily my order arrived in good condition, however, its packaging was far from good, my PI board was in its static proof zip bag in a padded bag, which only had minimal protection, so could have been easily damaged, past orders have always been packaged securely, so I'm hoping this won't be repeated.”

“RPi5 ordered late one evening and delivered promptly a day and a bit later. Very good service. The good news. Less so, and reason for loss of star, on booting or attempting to; a complete failure. Fortunately, I had a spare 128gb SD card. Downloaded operating system to this and all was mostly plain sailing. Almost a super little machine, it can cope well with everything, TinkerCAD, Cura,Libreoffice (eventually), and g mail. Loss of sound is a great backward step, and the main reason I won't buy another.”

“Been using pi hut for a few years now. Yes I can some if not most of the stuff from other larger stores online but I like these guys. Great communication, fast delivery service a d products are always well packed. Never had an issue. Website easy to use with clear images too.”

“Cheap prices and no fuzz. Would be nice to get an estimated delivery date. Even though the parcel is not tracked, you could write a best-guess in the order confirmation or "shipping is on the way" email.”

“Web site design is excellent and attention to international orders is especially helpful in converting currencies on the product pages, but this does not yet carry through to the "check out" stage. Also, in my case, the option to exclude additional cost of package tracking was not available. This would be ok, but let customers know in advance that tracking is a requirement for international orders if indeed this is the case. Of course, it would be better if Pi Hut opened store-fronts in other countries. Overall I appreciate The Pi Hut! I don't usually do reviews, but I am optimistic that someone might actually be paying attention.”

“Received part(s) in timely manner.Over ordered by mistake and returned unwanted items yesterday. Will use your firm in the future. Have checked the forums but still can't shut pi400 off. Anyone have any suggestions ? Again,thanks for the shout.”

“Pi 5, case and clock battery ordered - delivered within 3 days (Excellent) the only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the lack of screws with the case to secure the Pi 5 - minor inconvenience but as I thought better to fasten down (using the holes provided) I then had to obtain the correct screws, so a small delay in getting the Pi up and running. Otherwise, can't fault the Pi Hut and will certainly be back for more parts and accessories.”

“One of the items in my order was non-functional. The USB-C power cord with a switch does not power the Raspberry Pi, and there is an LED on the switch module that never lights up. I was exploring how to return it, but got kicked out of the system before I could complete the task. If it had all worked on day one, you'd get 5 stars.”

“Order went well. However, the temperature sensitive strip doesn't seem to work as expected. It's almost black (about 5C) when cold and at around room temperature(25C) it's dark brown. It doesn't seem to contrast much with change in temperature but I might be using it in the wrong temperature range.”
