“I got a voucher from pi hut for a friend's Christmas present. I haven't given it to them yet but I chose pi hut as I wanted something they could pick themselves and I knew you could get both raspberry pi and Arduino from pihut and all kinds of electronic /computer building equipment and I wasn't sure what to go for ...I hope they like it! Buying was very easy just online.”

“too fast delvery. Bad thingd are: 1) The connetor in the cable of power supply is addressed to UK market.You should send the appropriate for other markets. 2)You should also inform client about the cost of customs broker”

“Really happy with my order, competitive pricing and quick dispatch. My only complaint would be that delivery was advertised as Royal Mail but was actually sent via DHL Express, I've had issues with them on several occasions and unfortunately this time was no exception!”

“Found the perfect starter Pi and would have been delivered next day if Royal Mail hadn't been overwhelmed. Easy shopping experience away from the Amazons of this world. This will be my wife's journey into programming.”

“Items arrived promptly and in working order Only issue was SD not booting up; had to overwrite/re-write via PC, but booted up fine after that Case assembly instructions were good, though do not specify which top piece is for the old or new POE hat. System working fine since initial setup, though have only tested with Pi-Hole so far (no stress tests run at time of writing)”

“ok been using Pi for the past two years during shielding, having enjoyed the service and the learning that goes with it. But lost faith in the past 2 weeks ordered one of the new speakers to find that it cant get to me as you can only send it to the U.K. because of the lithium battery. so sarcasm aside Scotland is still within the U.K. later but not through I find the problem is that the service you use at one part aviation is involved and lithium batteries will not be carried, understand now, it might have helped if the persons that were communicating had that knowledge. update still waiting on another delivery PO tracking have lost it in Peterborough”

“Everything was great. The product and packaging included. One thing that wasn't great is that I had to pay taxes when the order arrived at the Dutch border. And it was around 40 euros (which is a lot!). I totally forgot that now there is this tax we need to pay when we buy stuff from outside EU. However, I would still buy it even if I knew, because it was a gift. Maybe there was a warning somewhere about it that I didn't see. If not, I think it could be nice to add some warning about this.”

“Everything looks great and I'm sure my husband will enjoy it but I brought a starter pack and expected it to be in a small box and marked Zero starter kit. When it arrived its parts in a box, I acknowledge I could have had a gift tag but don't do that normally for people within my house. So I am going to have to gift it in its delivery box ( wrapped) and then explain what it is, which is a shame. This is a first purchase from the company and hubby I'm sure will buy more for himself (he will I got him a gift card). Overall I got what I ordered (and very fast) but maybe a bit more detail to the presentation.”
