“The shopping experience was somewhat undercut by problems regarding the network. Aside from that the shopping went flawless. Unfortunatly, I have yet to receive the purchased articles as of today 05jan2022.”

“Everything arrived very well packed. One little thing is that they sent me the wrong hdmi cable, so I have to wait some extra time before being able to using my device. Besides that it's fine.”

“Awesome webshop, very comprehensible and user-friendly. I ordered during the Christmas holidays which doesn't represent the day-to-day operation I'm sure. The only sad part, and that's not something that is in your hands, is that import/customs taxes tripled the price of my (small) order. Do give me a call if you have an office in the EU :)”

“This is a very good company to buy Raspberry Pi accessories, They were the only ones with sufficient stocks and on top of that they ship out of the UK (in France for me) for cheap. I am very happy with my purchase and will order from them in the future, that's for sure!”

“Thank you for the Order. I plan to use the Pi as a firewall. The assembling was very easy, but there is one thing. There are 2 types of Standoff 3x smaller ( should be used for the extensions card) and 4 larger (should be used for the Pi). I had nearly destroyed the extension card and the Pi, because I mixed then up. When I screwed the Pi and the extension card onto the plate the extention board bent extremely. I saw this, fixed the position of the standoffs and attached the Pi with the extension again. If somebody do not look, it could be possible that he will break the USB- and Display-Port on the Pi. So, I would suggest, that: - you describe this issue in the Instruction or - color the standoffs in different colors and write in the Instruction manual, e.g. "Use the green standoff for the extension card and the red ones for the Pi". Thank you Robert”

“Shipping post brexit to Sweden was kind of a let down because of Swedish customs. However, package arrived late but intact with the content neatly and individually contained in plastic bags.”

“Shopping with The PiHut has been very enjoyable, it gave the cheapest price for the Raspberry Pi 4 that I ordered. The only criticism would be with the postage and packaging element. I selected Royal Mail 24 but am receiving the item 4 days later. Albeit PiHut dispatched the item the next day so the fault clearly is Royal Mail. The reason I include this is a common problem and that if multiple customers report the delay then maybe PiHut may stop using them.”

“Parcel arrived reasonably quickly taking into account it had to pass customs. Overall I am very satisfied, but the outer box had a slight dent. The inner packaging and Pi itself were intact, however.”

“Everything came as expected, processed quickly and neatly packed up. What might have been more helpful would have been a more accurate description of what was in the contents of the starter pack on the website. There was a picture, but the contents section only listed the pi, not the power supply, hdmi cable and 32gb card. Very happy with my purchase though.”
