“Hi ! I just received the order, all OK. Thank you. Wrong part is the fact that I forgot you are out of EU, so I have to do customs for the goods, which was a nightmaire. That is why, I will buy from UK. only if I have no other choice..unfortunately...”

“Great site, strong pricing, wide range, would have given 5-stars, except for had an issue with shipping and whilst that resolved itself without any doing of the Pi Hut, the after-sales support I received left me feeling a bit deflated. Essentially, Royal Mail misdelivered my item which I had paid for the tracking so knew once it said it had been delivered but the postman hadn't brought it to my door, there was an issue. My girlfriend was in the house at the time and had actually received the post in hand from the postman but no PiHut delivery. When I got home I checked safe spaces and with neighbours to no joy. So contacted The Pi Hut that same evening through their ticketing system, there is no other way to contact them which is offputting in itself, explained the situation and had to wait till near the close of business the following day to pretty much get asked 'are you sure, check again'. I responded almost instantly and then had to wait again until near lunchtime the next day to be told they would open a case with Royal Mail and come back to me once they hear back. Luckily a few days later the person whose house it had been delivered to incorrectly did the right thing and dropped it off to me, no one from my area as I didn't recognise the person nor the car. The after-sales support was just completely lacklustre, didn't really seem like they cared that something had gone wrong, there was no apologises that this had happened (obviously not their fault, but didn't show any sympathy that an order I had placed with them still hadn't arrived with myself), no reassurances that they were doing everything they could (even if they weren't), just felt like it was a do as little as possible and move on sort of thing. Will I buy again, more than likely. I'm going to say that this was a mistake on Royal Mail's end and if that had never have happened I would have been non-the-wiser to the poor after-sales experience. Plus the pricing is good and £2.99 is not the end of the world for shipping.”

“Great UK based shop, quick delivery and product variety is very nice on products that cost a few pounds. It would be great if they sold a wider variety of cheaper electronics components as well (ie. products that cost a few pence), as it's often still cheaper to buy them from chinese retailers.”

“Service and the speed items arrived was brilliant. Especially when I ordered the wrong item. Would note some Google adverts pi hut has/pop up show sometimes the wrong item for the wrong pi but being able to fix it was easy”

“Ordered a Raspberry Pi Zero case it arrived fast but the shipping was expensive since in the declaration the Item and Delivery cost werent listed AS own positions. And sadly two screws we're missing. The Case itself is really good quality”

“Really great experience with The Pi Hut. Simple and fast ordering process with plenty of additional items available. The only negative part of my experience was upon receiving my order. The packaging had become soaked in some form of fragrance or oil in transit but due to the sealed nature of the contents my items were unaffected (Just smelt strongly of perfume and a wet box). Overall really great experience.”
