“Had to put in two orders as I forgot something, so had to pay delivery twice. That was annoying but my mistake. However, pi hut notice both orders and shipped them together... but "stole" the extra delivery charge. Its not much but not a fair game. Everything I ordered was top notch.”

“Everything delivered within 48 hours, good value for money, UK stock, and they had the items including Pi4 4GB I required in stock. The only issue I had was the SEN0239 as the label is in Chinese, no info on the PiHut site. Finding the wiring pinout was difficult but I think it is Brown +, Black -, and Blue Switch which goes against the usual convention for electronic switches.”

“Not 5 stars because although the SD port EMMC card is great, it gets so close to the mini-hdmi port, that I can't plug anything in to it!”

“The shopping process is good overall. Some issues with currency converting and inclusion of prices with/without VAT did occur, which made a comparison between the Pi pack and individual items hard to make. In the end, the pack I ended up buying wasn't much different in price than items sold separately, which is a bit odd. Also, the difference between a pack with a 2GB RAM and a 4GB RAM Pi is higher than the difference between those Pis sold separate (20 vs 10 euros). I'm still waiting for the product to arrive, hoping that it won't be kept long in the customs.”

“Do not order to the EU anymore. Duty is levied. Which is still okay. But DHL wanted a fee who doubled the price of the device. Unfortunately, I have to recommend that you no longer order from thepihut. It's a pitty: - ((((( Time to say good bye :-(”

“Great store, quick handling. However as items are being shipped from UK to Netherlands I unexpectedly had to pay a big import and tax fee. This means I will in the future order from an EU based store because my items were 40-50% more expensive than anticipated. Not necessarily the fault of The Pi Hut, but it would be good if they introduced an EU based warehouse and shipping for EU customers.”
