“found it easy to buy what i was looking for, i should however spent a little more time looking at the option and making a better choice, as the case i brought is limtied with no space to add the m2 drive at a later stage, I'm using the pi5 to emulator the amiga, and its really working well so far. Thanks PI hut.”

“Wasn't sure about the impact of memory on processing. I went lower - 1GB and I should have probably gone with maybe 4GB. Examples on website about the impact of processes may have been useful. Perhaps they are there and I missed them. Otherwise create service and looks like a good product.”

“It was good. Two small things would have made it better. I wanted to add a pi 5 rtc battery but I found "lithium shipping" impenetrable, so have ordered it on its own. I raised support case 151167. Less prominently but useful, would have been to say on your delivery page that Royal Mail 1st class 1-2 days includes Saturday, to match your mention that DHL excludes weekends”

“I ordered a Raspberry Pi4 Model B. When it turned up, i noticed the HDMI port is quite different from previous models. Unfortunately i do not have one of these cables. I have had to place a second order for this cable. It would have been nice to have been warned about this rather unusual cable. It wasn't even a recommendation as an additional product or something that people also buy with this product. I wonder how many other people have been caught out by this rather unfortunate set of events. Maybe the cable should come free with the product, as it is a fairly large part of the products functional experience. I'm sure it will be no problem for you guys to perform some statistical analysis, so as to ascertain how frequently consecutive purchases take place in relation to this. Anyhow, nice product range 👍 Thanks guys 👋”

“Mostly excellent. A slight down mark for the listing of items that then show out of stock. A bit frustrating. Easy to use and navigate website. Lots of usefull Raspberry Pi Items and add-ons. Good order communication. A choice of payment options. Speedy delivery and well packaged. I have 5 R-Pi doing a variety of tasks. Such good value.”
