“Good selection of Pi-related items in stock and at reasonable prices. Knocking off 1 star just because I think you should offer free postage once an order is above a certain value (this would have encouraged me to buy more from you).”

“Items were sent quicky. The led lit push switches do not state the maximum load current on the web site or after I bought them. Can pi-hut clarify this as do not want to overload the switches. Thanks”

“Products arrived quickly, exactly what I expected to receive. Good simple packaging with instructions for usage and assembly. My only complaint is that I didn't receive any screws to mount the board to the case in my starter kit.”

“The site layout can be a bit difficult to navigate when searching - a better search/filter interface would be nice. The delivery options and charges are a little behind the times. However the product range & prices are good nd the stock level and restocking information is very useful.”

“Nice kit. It would be handy to have a kit with Pico (w) included. I ordered the kit and a pico without the pins attached. Upon receiving the kit, I bought a pico with the pins attached, looks to me that it’s the one I should have ordered in the first place.”

“Site is good, process straight forward until checkout which had a strange anomaly - I noticed and started the process again and it was fine. Sent a ticket to let them know and they were grateful for the feedback. Delivery good and products were installed and working with home assistant same day.”
