“We buy all our refils and ink from The Pen Company. The website is easy to use and the goods arrive promptly Quality is excellent. My husband uses (and loses) Space Pens and I use Space Pen refils in my Parker pens (adapters for Parker are included). i buy the non standard colours of refils and ink for my Parker fountain pens The Pen Company has a good range.”

“When I'd ordered my new diary, I realised that it was not the size I'd wanted. Emailed the company straight away to amend the order. It had already been dispatched and I received a very polite and helpful email from the pen company explaining how to exchange. As it turned out, the larger book was fine. So, 5 stars for prompt dispatch and 5 starts for customer support. Excellent.”
