“The service from The Pen Company was first class. The items were as described and in good condition on arrival. The items (Cross refills) arrived very quicky; ordered Sunday night and they arrived Tuesday morning - I don't think you can beat that. I highly recommend The Pen Company.”

“My order took so long to come that I had actually forgotten about it. I was eventually contacted to say order was ready to despatch if I still wanted it. To be fair, payment was not taken until order dispatched.”

“I will update this review if/when I receive a resolution, but I spent $100 on a Faber-Castell fountain pen, and when it arrived the extra ink cartridge had leaked everywhere and ruined the pen.”
