“My view of The Pen Company in a word, Outstanding! I live in the USA and was amazed at how quickly TPC laser etched my Kaweco brass sport pen & pencil and got it to me in about a week. How the Royal Post got USPS to deliver that fast was amazing. On top of the great service they had the best price, beating all competitors in the USA. TPC will be my first view when looking for a new addition to my collection.”

“Good I ordered a pen which was a German product. There were significant delays in delivery to The Pen Company. However full updates were provided regularly so that I was aware of what was happening. Very pleased with the level of service and extremely pleased with the product when it did arrive.”

“I was concerned about the length of time it took for my pen to arrive in Texas and "James" at The Pen Company responded very reassuringly to my inquiry. I appreciated his satisfying customer service. My pen was finally delivered, despite Covid and Winter storm delays, in perfect condition. I am very pleased.”
