“I received a very professional and personal service from Tom at The Pen Company who was extremely helpful and demonstrated the variety of nib sizes and offered samples to test before I chose a Caran D'ache fountain pen that I am absolutely pleased with. “We live in New Zealand, bought a pen here but retailers said refills were not available. Found them online at The Pen Company UK, VERY cost effective, better than the original refill and delivered to New Zealand in one week despite Covid lock-downs and virtually no inbound flights from the Northern hemisphere, excellent service, thanks.”

“Everything about my experience with The Pen Company was positive. The price for the pencil I ordered (Graf von Faber Castell Classic Pocket Pencil) was the lowest I could find anywhere. Shipping to the USA, even in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, was fast and flawless. I'll definitely be buying more writing instruments from The Pen Company in future!”
