“The product itself was good. Instead of delivering to the delivery address the product I ordered was delivered to the billing address. I had to drive all the way to the delivery address to deliver the product. Pretty disappointed because of this.”

“24 hour turnaround for the order, which turned up the next day. Better than expected, as the clutch pencils also came with free Staedtler rubbers. Very pleased. Have used The Pen Company before, and they will be my first port of call in the future.”

“Bought a pen as a gift for someone who was delighted with it. The pen was personalised and it looked lovely. I was very pleased that there was a variety of options for where I could add the personalisation. I emailed The Pen Company to ask a couple of questions and they replied very quickly with the information I needed that was very helpful. All in all a great experience and a very reasonable price and I would recommend the company to others.”
