“Love The Pen Company. They have wide range pens. I used them quite a few times by now, for personal use, gifts and even ordering as leaving gifts for staff at organisation I work for. Their clearly marked engraving options are a great help. Pens were always dispached quickly and the customer service replied within a day, which is great. I highly recommend The Pen Company!”

“Ordered a replacement nib section for my cross pen in December but they had no stock but said they would update me if they got any stock. In February they emailed me to say they had stock now but had not taken payment and if I didn’t want the item absolutely no problem. I did and they delivered the item very quickly. Great customer service.”

“Excellent Customer Service Ordered a diary which had supply chain issues (outside of The Pen Company's control) so I was unable to receive the original cover design I had chosen. Customer services rep responded to my query very swiftly was very helpful, and offered me a discount on a different design which was dispatched immediately and arrived the next day. Would highly recommend (and probably order a little earlier next year!!) :)”

“I took less than an hour after my order for the pen to be shipped. I’ve never seen such efficiency. I ordered from Canada and it took no more than 4 days to get it. Incredibly fast shipping. The pen is beautiful and so is the engraving.”
