“I was looking for a luxury pen for a 40th birthday gift with an engraving of my sister in law’s new business logo on the cap. I spoke to James at the Pen Company and he couldn’t have been more helpful, giving me engraving options beyond the website standard and helping us make the limited logo we had available work. The quality of the logo engraving was superb and the pen (Graf Von Faber Castell) was gorgeous and just what we needed. Delivery was super fast too and the price competitive. Thanks so much, very happy customer!”

“I just wanted to thank you for the fast and seamless order delivery. I ordered a Faber-Castell pen from you over the New Years holiday. You sent it last Wednesday, it arrived this morning. I couldn't find the colour I wanted either here in Canada or in the US. Your shipment arrived as quickly as if I had ordered it locally - and at the same price, including shipping. Well done and thanks again. I will be back.”
