“I'm very satisfied indeed. My order, a Kaweco Copper Liliput, arrived today; I have put the pen through its paces and am very happy indeed with my purchase. The processing and despatch of my order was immediate and James has been obliging and thorough as he has explained the situation regarding postage to overseas destinations and the effect the pandemic is having. I can't recommend The Pen Company warmly enough.”

“So happy - there was no option for a gift card so I emailed after I placed my order and James so kindly found my order - unwrapped it and put it back for dispatch. Harrods were gonna take 5 days to organise what the pen company did for me overnight and effortlessly!! In these times a little compassion and customer service goes a long long way. Thank you - my gift was a huge success.”

“Sorry that it has taken me to write a review after looking at other web site's for pens i came across the pen company.I was delighted that they were selling the two pens that i was after,one was a replacement and the other was a fountain pen that i promised my self from Faber Castell. The staff at the Pen Company and very knowledgeable about the pens they are selling i look upward to buy some more refills in the near future from them the best place is the pen company, plus i didn't have to wait to long when i placed my order to”

“I shared this review on my Facebook page: A big shout out to the customer service person, James, at The Pen Company, who has been helping me. He has been wonderful in helping me find a diary with the magnetic closure that I love, despite difficulties with supply from the manufacturers. That was on Thursday, yesterday my diary arrived. A beautiful deep blue colour, commemorating Schubert - so today I have been listening to some of his music, beautiful. Thank you.”
