“The only reason this is 4/5 starts is because I ordered a pen as a gift, so I haven't used it to see how it writes. Otherwise service was prompt, shipping was much quicker than expected and the packaging was very good. The pen itself is beautiful and the engraving is centered on the clip properly. Would definitely recommended The Pen Company to anyone interested in fine writing equipment.”

“I was very impressed by how reasonable the prices were compared to other retailers for the item I wanted. They dispatched and delivered the pen in a fair amount of time considering the distance (UK to Australia) and the current Covid situation. I would definitely recommend this company.”

“I ordered a replacement nib unit for my Pilot Capless fountain pen at about 4pm one afternoon and I was amazed to receive it through my letterbox by 10am the very next morning. I am delighted with the new nib and overwhelmed by the speed and efficiency of this company. I will not be going anywhere else for any future requirements.”

“The goods I ordered were delivered to my Daughter for whom we bought a really lovely pen set for 2019 Christmas present and she asked if i could send for some replacement ink cartridges etc. i have seen her since and she is very pleased with them.”
