“I have always had excellent service from The Pen Company. I have found them to be very helpful, with prompt and informative replies and quick to send the goods which are well packaged and arrive in excellent order. I have also used their engraving service on the Lamy 4 colour pens I ordered and the results are fantastic.”

“Fantastic company to deal with, I needed a replacement nib for my Lamy 2000 fountain pen and in error ordered the wrong width, a quick phone call and all was resolved, a new one sent out and then once then had the wrong one I had ordered back I was refunded. Brilliant service.”

“The Fisher Space pen is a rare and covetted commodity, not available at regional market at Bangalore, though black and blue were available, red was rare, hence I did not wanted to risk GREY market, order was place on 'THE PEN COMPANY', starting from order and delivery at door step the service was at the impeccable best, now I can buy any PEN with 'THE PEN COMPANY' taking care of refill and consumable replacements.
