“The pink pen that I received is perfect, but the purple not so much. Its honestly like a light blue so i was pretty dissapointed.”

“I thought the range offered on the website was fabulous. I bought a green Kaweco Classic ballpoint pen as a small gift for a friend for Christmas. The pen looked great but the box it came in was damaged, as if crushed during transit. Sometimes items need better wrapping than a jiffy bag, I'm afraid. Hence 4 stars instead of five.”

“Pleased with my purchase of a 2022 diary. There was a delay due to container shipment issues and in these days when we are used to receiving goods the next day it would have been nice to be sent an e-mail explaining the delay, however, the gentleman on the phone was very courteous and my diary arrived in perfect condition. Thank you.”

“Shipment received in good conditon. Fast delivery. My only concern lies with payment. As billing is done in Pound/Streling, the bank charge "money conversion fees" to Euros which, of course increase the total cost.”

Many thanks for your feedback. Live stock status is displayed by the "add to basket" button. Items marked "in stock" will ship straight away from our warehouse. Otherwise, a dispatch window e.g. 4-7 days, or a estimated dispatch date is displayed. The model you order was marked as available in 7-14 days. In this instance our supplier was able to deliver a little earlier than anticipated. Your order was received on the 3 August and delivered on the 7 August, so fulfilled a few days early - apologies of this caused any inconvenience.
