“Re; Epsom Letter Opener. Overall nice quality although the engraving leaves alot to be desired. It's so small as to be unnoticable - I was ready to return until I looked more closely. I think it would be better to emboss a larger font into the leather handle.”

“I opted for 2nd post when ordering, they gave a despatch date but the refills never arrived. And STILL HAVE NEVER ARRIVED to date. I then asked them to send them First Class at no extra charge to me (as i had been waiting 14 days). They desptched them the same day and they arrived the next day.”

“This is my second order with The pen company. The first time I was very happy. This time still overall satisfied but this pen came in a cardboard box as opposed to the first pen I ordered came in a much more presentable gift box. Maybe I missed it in the description but it was a little disappointing and made the pen look less classy.”

“The website takes a bit of getting used to as even though I have been using this company over the years it needs a bit more knowledge of printing terms etc. That said the diary was despatched very promptly and arrived suitably packaged quickly. I'd even managed to order the right version this time as I like the verso one so I can write notes and not just appointments. Thank you.”

“Delivery was not as prompt as I'd expected, but it wasn't a serious problem. The nibs themselves came without guidance on fitting, and although I easily accessed a youtube video which told me everything I needed to know, improved customer service would include that link.”

“Pen arrived promptly and was a good price. Only problem was the package had a strong diesel smell- like it had been soaked in it in transit. Very strange but pen inside the package was fine.”
