“After a mix up caused by me, reguarding order status and bank transfer ( I thought transfers to companies were instant but corperate transfers are more complicated and take longer) By phoning the company and talking to a nice representative, who was very patient and took time to explain the situation, all went well. I was very pleased with my order, when it came. Lesson being. Read the order status as some items have to come from Germany. I will use again.”

“I am very pleased with the fast response from Jake (e mail) answering my questions regarding my specific pen. Then cross referencing a replacement number to a new number which ended up fitting my pen fine. Fast and courteous, and keeping me informed on my delivery until it arrived. Highly recommend.”

“The Pen Company delivered the ink cartridges that I wanted bit that the manufacturer no longer had in stock. It did so promptly and efficiently at a reasonable price I would use the Pen Company again.”

“I was having real problems finding green refills for Lamy rollerball pens. Four online pen companies were sold out, as was Lamy itself. Amazon wanted £20 for three. The Pen Company supplied three for £13 which was great value, received three days after ordering, and well packed. I would definitely recommend the company.”
