“I recently ordered a set of 4 x replacement ink cartridges for my LAMY pen. The cartridges arrived promptly however when I opened the packaging I could only find 3 x cartridges inside. On speaking to the Pen Company via telephone they had no hesitation in setting about forwarding me an additional cartridge. To my embarrassment, I found the fourth cartridge lying on the floor underneath the settee where it had fallen out when I had initially opened the packaging. I subsequently rang back to admit my mistake and cancel the additional cartridge. I found the Pen Company exceptionally good to deal with on both occasions and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.”

“I needed to replace a pen my wife had lost on a trip overseas, and do it before she got back home! The Pen Company had a very competitive price, offered a free engraving and got it to me very quickly with its standard free postage. I doubt any other retailer could have mansged that! Well done.”
