“I thought the personalisation process was easy to follow and very well constructed so I got exactly what I thought I was getting; Hoorah! Very quick to deliver my order too. I am completely in love with my new pen, it writes perfectly for me. I have pens inscribed with my father's and grandfather's initials. This little pen certainly seems well built enough to make it as an heirloom too someday”

“Pros - engraving was beautiful and arrival was super fast. Cons - case arrives broken on arrival which is disappointing as it was a gift. Overall - good experience, husband loves his pen.”
