“the service was really quick and kept us up today when stocks were low. The only part that we were not happy with was the size of the engraving, we thought it would go along the barrel and not be as small as it was as we would have added an extra name on.”

“I am a pen collector and am so impressed with the Pen company. Impressive selection, user friendly web site but above all, efficient delivery with excellent customer service. I have ordered 8 different pens and all arrived satisfactorily. Once, a pen was scratched (likely in transit) and they arranged for a return label but actually shipped the replacement even before the original reached them. Hats off to the family that operates this business!”

“Great customer service, good pricing point (on most items) and amazing variety of products (As a #KawecoFan I was mostly impressed by the fact that I've managed to find my most favorite TWIN NIB for my beloved Kaveco Brass Sport FP. Needless to say, it fits other models as well. It wasn't cheap, but at least I found it... finally! I highly recommend this store, and I'm definitely going to revisit it in the future!”

“Ordered a pen with engraving for a present; the product arrived extremely quickly, the quality is great - and prices competitive... not much else can wish from a retailer. I know that nowadays people get taken in by freebies and whatnot, but really, these are only gimmicks, I'd rather purchase from a retailer that sell good quality, gives good, relevant info about their products, doesn't try to list everything under the sun and then you find out it's all out of stock.... so for a first purchase, a good experience; I will buy again... Thanks”
