“Great range of products and an excellent website. Super engraving is an extra delight! I ordered the wrong case - my mistake - but James knew it was probably the wrong one so he rang me up to check. “I was so happy to see replacement nib unit (nib, feed, and housing!) for the Lamy Lx and Al-Star! I haven’t bumped into any shops that sell these, and they arrived quickly and safely. I love the unit’s cap which can fit any Safari family, very handy indeed! Great quality, excellent and prompt customer service, fast and safe shipping; Thank you!”

“Amazing company and online ordering experience. Great selection of beautiful writing instruments. I ordered a hard to find item and it was engraved and shipped immediately and arrived in record time in the US. I had an initial question and my message was answered very quickly and staff was was super helpful. Doesn’t get better than this, and I will definitely shop here again.”

“I purchased the Esterbrook Estie Rocky Top in the Oversize, really nice fountain pen! And the turnaround time was quick, it took about a week to recieve the pen, it was well packaged and I recived updates throughout the process. Thank you "the pen company" for a Great buying experience!”

“I ordered 4 Papermate ball pen refills which are fairly difficult to locate either in shops or online, Amazon being the only other supplier I've found. The Pen Company's unit price was similar to Amazon's and when delivery charges were taken into account, I actually paid less.”
