“Not every purchase is expensive and it’s always interesting to see if the level of service is the same when you only spend a few pounds - and I’m impressed with the Pen Company in this respect. I ordered a Lamy nib which was a very good price with a reasonable charge for postage. It turned up within 48 hours, well packed and just what I wanted. There’s not a lot to add - a good range of stock, well priced and delivered just as quickly whether you’re spending hundreds of pounds or just a fiver.”
