“I had slight problem when ordering online, so I contacted you by telephone to be given first class instructions. I believe my call highlighted an anomaly that you can now correct The cartridges I ordered arrived promptly and were the correct colour and type. Perfect, a first class service rarely found these days.”

“I had been looking for a pen refil for some years, and couldn't fing the correct one to match a rather nice pen. The pen company's website confirmed they had the correct in stock available for shipping immediately. The service was literally next day dispatch and within two days my pen was complete again. An undersated quality service with genuine products and quality service.”

“Service and pen refill as expected. Very pleased with speed of delivery and product quality. Postal charges, however, I believe were excessive and will put me off ordering again given that they were just under £5 for one pen refill”

Hello Alison, Many thanks for your feedback. All orders over £25, and delivered within the UK ,are delivered free-of-charge. Below this value a delivery charge will apply - this is calculated by size, weight and value of the order. Delivery options and charges are displayed in the basket as items are added or removed. For your order the delivery charge was £2.95

“I love the Paperblanks diary, and due to my job need the following year's diary about July each year. The Pen Company are the ONLY place I have ever found that list the diaries ahead of their release ensuring I can order and recieve it at the earliest possability. Excellent choice, price and service throughout, definitely 5* service.”

On all those occasions , the service extended by The Pen Company was simply worth satisfaction beyond all level of expectations . “I bought some Diamine inks from them (they got the best price). They shipped out promptly and the inks were well packaged and arrived in excellent condition. Very prompt response when reaching out too. Highly recommended! I do wish they carry more variety of Diamine inks outside the classic ones.”
