“apart from a 2 week wait for delivery . I was very pleased with the panels. packed well and always updated on time slot on the day of delivery.”

“Great company staff helpful only problem i had was website said 4 to 7 days for delivery but then email said 1st may which was 3 weeks later but a quick phone call and swapped to express delivery i got it 2 days later so in all a great company to buy from i recommed to buy from”

“The quality and price cannot be questioned - The delivery driver was exceptional and extremely helpful. I have one criticism and that is why it should take the maximum stated time to deliver . On both occasions the delivery took 12 days to arrive.”

“I purchased panels over the Easter weekend at a great price, but then heard nothing for about a week. When I called, I was told delivery would be on Wednesday. Both the company and their courier confirmed this the day before and again on the day. I waited in all day Wednesday for the delivery. At around 4:15pm, I called for an update and was told the van had broken down and delivery would now be sometime Thursday. As I had already rearranged everything to wait in on Wednesday, moving my plans to Thursday and Friday, I explained I would not be able to wait in again on those days and cancelled the order. Despite this, the courier attempted delivery on Thursday after 4pm. I refused it and explained the order had been cancelled and I had sourced panels from a nearby store. The same happened again on Friday with a different driver, and once more on Monday, this time with the panels and packaging visibly damaged. I refused delivery each time and asked for them to be returned. Throughout, the panel company were very helpful and clearly as frustrated as I was. They assured me they had repeatedly contacted the courier by phone and email, but were being ignored. I ultimately told the panel company I would not purchase from them again while this courier is used for deliveries.”

“Used some white sheets to cover ceiling. Good value for money but they are very easily damaged, not like wooden panels. Also after installation they give off a weird smell for couple of weeks”

“It depends what you are looking for. These panels are well made but they are not wood. They look like wood but you get what you pay for- and I didn't pay through the nose for these- it just looks like I did. I am very happy with the result and the delivery was very efficient and they were a bargain when I bought them.”

“After initially sending me the wrong item, I was very pleased to quickly receive the correct panel a couple of days later. It is a great product and very good service. “The panels that we ordered were exactly like the model piece we got beforehand. The panels were easy to install, and the wall looks nice. We are happy with the correspondence with the company. But we didn't get any information about the delivery date when we ordered the panels. We got a message about the delivery time on the same day of the delivery.”

“Panels were of a good quality and easy to insall. The tongue and groove system allows a seemless join. I cut mine easily using a jigsaw - although a multi-tool is probably more ideal. If you haven't got pool table flat walls than I'd suggest a tube of mastic on the wall and one on the panel each time.”

“The panels seem to be good quality and look really good although not yet in use. They are flexible so I found it difficult to get a good tight water proof fit all the way up a corner which is not perfectly straight. The plastic internal corner trim is also flexible and so makes it more awkward. I am hoping that the aluminium trim, being less flexible, when it comes, will make it easier to keep water tight and allow the panels to be a good solid . With hindsight I should have put up sheets of plasterboard first to iron out the corner.”

“Bought the LED lights whilst on offer, arrived promptly. Give off a good amount of light, but don’t last very long so have to keep charging”

On the low setting, they can last up to 20 hours, while medium gives around 8 hours, and high lasts about 5 hours. “The panelling looks gorgeous, we have had so many compliments! The delivery was super fast and the delivery driver was so polite. He kindly did all the heavy lifting for me! However, I can only give 4 stars as unfortunately, the wood on one panel was splintered. Thankfully we could work around it.”
