2 of the 3 panels ordered were delivered damaged in transit, however, luckily the huge hole on one panel was towards the end of the panel and we only needed just over 2m in height, so we cut off the damaged area and were offered a refund on the panel. My main complaint is that the panels are not designed to withstand the amount of work that goes into fixing them. They are extremely easily scratched as the pattern is too thinly printed. They are also incredibly difficult to fix if the walls are even slightly out of alignment. It took us 3 days to fix 3 panels around a 1m shower and fixing the shower and rail through the panels is proving very tricky as the fixing holes have to be as large as the rawl plug into the wall structure. Lining up the tile line has also been time consuming and frustrating, although we finally managed to get the panels fixed and lined up. These panels probably come into their own as coverage for rooms without fiddly showers. Would not use again.

We have had a few issues, the first being more than a 2 week delay in delivery from the quoted date which we only found about when the first part arrived in complete, we had to contact customer services on several occassions for an update. The second issue is in relation to a followup order, I placed an order checking that I had ordered the same thing and the wrong panels were sent (darker colour), I have tried repeatedly to contact customer services via email (no reply), and telephone (rings out). This has resulted in us being unable to complete the installation and we currently have an un-useable bathroom with absolutely no support. The builders have had to re-scheduled twice at our expense. We also ordered the same trims only to find that the edging trim that arrived is different to the first batch (in terms of its physical size). This is way beyond unacceptable customer service for a product at this cost. It is a shame that we got no response from Customer Service as this would have greatly improved the Score I feel I had to submit, hopefully now someone might get in contact to sort our issue out. All of that being said the panels we have recieved are very good quality easy to install and arrived in generally good quality, the factory cuts are not great, but as long as you don't need a full height board you shoule be ok.

The Matt Jura Carrara Marble SPC Flooring was delivered on time and looks and feels like I had imagined, very good quality.....I am an experienced joiner of 30 years + and have laid many laminate and real wood floods....but this click system is a nightmare. The long sections go together fine, but the , short sides keep coming apart. These look like they are too small to connect, hard to fit when you have many mouldings to fit beneath ....

Panels were ordered on behalf of a customer and delivered when I was ready to start job. Unfortunately the packaging had two holes which continued into two of the panels. They were the size of a pencil. and about 2-3 inches apart. Luckily I could put the damaged sheets behind the cistern so I could complete the work, but I would that these panels to be supplied damage free as it can really impact on my time as a trades man.

Hi Mike We make it very clear on the website for all orders to be checked over on delivery and to report to us immediately so that we can rectify and get new panels sent out the next working day. Had this been reported to us we would have been able to sort this out. Not very good quality, visable lines on a grey sparkle shower board, with a dent in another spot. Apparently this is the way they are🤷

Communication is key with any company and it’s hard to find any contact details with this firm, once you do they all seem to be away!!! The ordering process very straight forward and efficient online, then it stops there! No communication, issues with dispatch, and then let down by their shipping company ‘Tuffnels’ who hold this company over a barrel as they refuse to talk to the customer and their client and should be sacked! Collected my order then just sits on it! They even admitted that Tuffnels were useless and I was left thinking if they are useless and you know it tell them to get lost and find another shipping company! Cost me lost time and hours with my crew! Plenty of alternatives out there.

Hi Aide de Camp Property Services, First of all thanks for your review, To begin with, you can find our contact details in the following places. - All Social Media - At the top of the website / Contact page - Google These are just a few, if you're still struggling you can visit our store page ad call any one of the stores who will also try their best to help you. Now in regards to your order, in your case we were let down by our courier, unfortunately however The courier you named are the only courier who will accept the parcels due to their size, length and the fact nothing can be stacked on top of them. We have been in the panel industry for much longer than the majority of other companies and have tried multiple different couriers which have proved worse. The only way we are solving this is by providing the customer with the best help we can when they have an issue with their order, and moving to our fleet of delivery vans. This is something we are well on our way towards, however some locations we still currently have to use the courier for. We sincerely apologise for the lost time this has caused, if we have not already provided you with a resolution please get in contact. Many thanks, The Panel Company

The gentleman at the shop is really nice and helpful, its just a shame they use a delivery company that lets them down by not delivering on time and when they say they will. Still waiting for items to be delivered.

I ordered panels and paid for them , I was informed a week later when I ordered another panel , these were in fact out of stock , surely money should not be taken if this is so . Was offered an alternative but it looked nothing like the other one , so requested a refund , 4 emails went unanswered and 3 phone calls before my refund was processed , I do not think this shopping experience was good , it was frustrating and disappointing

Ordered 2 wall panels, some edge trim and a roll of double sided tape. Both panels arrived with edge damage, although well packaged and double sided tape was not included in the delivery. Phoned The Panel Company to let them know of damage, however, I told them that as I needed the panels for cladding the wc cistern and path panel, I should be able to cut around the damage and not to worry about replacements, (as I did not want to wait another week for delivery). Told them the role of tape had not been delivered and was informed this would be sent off straight away. Still waiting 7 days later!

Ordered 6panels all had damage to them .You sent 2 replacements as agreed they also had damage. sent photos of damage phoned company and no comeback.Fault with panels all down to courier as they were very well packed.Was thinking of ordering ceiling panels but afraid of damaged delivery

Hi Edward, We are really sorry that the panels have arrived to you damaged twice. I will ask our logistics team to launch an internal investigation with the courier team and I will arrange for our Warehouse Manager to call you first thing tomorrow morning to rectify the situation for you. We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused you. We send out over 200 orders per day and unfortunately a small percentage reach the customer damaged due to the courier company manhandling the panels, it is as frustrating for us as it is for you.
