Not great I’m afraid. Delivered the wrong panels then I had to do all of the chasing to correct the error. One panel also slightly damaged but no energy to request a replacement. Quality of product overall however is excellent.

Very poor on delivery. I placed order 2 weeks ago. delivery was supposed to be a few days but here I am still waiting. When I chased them they got confused and gave me a delivery date of 2 weeks BEFORE I placed the order. When I queried they have now given me date of next week which will be nearly 3 weeks since I place the order. I hope the panels wil be OK but so far I am not impressed with the service. BUT prices are very cheap so.......

Placed order on the 2nd February and was told 5 to 7n days delivery. Chased my order on the 5th was told it wiold be in today. Now 6 days later rang an was told out of stock However the assistant Manager at the Bristol branch Apologised for delay and promised me she will keep a check on it hopefully to deliver on the 18th Feb . Not impressed !!!

Disappointed with the quality to be honest. Also some of the panel was chipped. Wasn’t going to complain, but in getting emails for reviews.

Poor service I ordered about 3weeks ago and u stated on ur website that delivery would b around a week still no idea when I will get it I get it at this time of year but not great service

Order 4 black oak panels. Only received 2 out of the 4 panels after a delayed delivery. They resent another 2 out and another delayed delivery. May be cause of this time of year and delivery service.

As you mentioned in your review, unfortunately due to the combination of Black Friday, Storm Darragh and the festive period our deliveries have been delayed. Customer service at Bristol were Very nonchalant about the issue I was having trying to get the right batch no for the panels I ordered. I needed two replacements for damaged ones and an extra one. I gave the batch no but was not told the batch no I had was no longer available and as I had already ripped my bathroom out and panel guy had already fitted the shower panels the girl at Bristol said she had found an almost perfect match and would branch transfer Them for me from another branch. They came and were the wrong ones she said there was a mix up with the paperwork said they would definitely be checked and be sent out on the next Thurs came on the Saturday wrong ones and not checked as drivers paperwork said 2 choices customer to choose nearest match!! So not what I expected and now 3 weeks in and still wrong ones. Had 2 panels as goodwill refunded but left with mismatched panels. And customer service telling me oh I do hope you get it sorted !! Not Helpful at all. Why sell the last 6 panels to someone when they have no hope of getting a match for damaged ones which arrived damaged and the fact no other branch had that batch no either is just ridiculous and not good service what so ever. I would have preferred the right panels than a goodwill gesture as have had to hide the mismatch behind some accessories or start all over and rip the whole lot out at my expense.

Product was exactly what we were after but delivery took 16 days without an update. We had to ask what the hold up was after 10 days.

My order wasn't sent to the factory so I had to have a alternative which was OK fortunately, then my order was left on the door step 25 minutes before the delivery time which was early morning luckily I live in a decent area or my delivery could have been taken. I also didn't receive a phone call or text I wasn't happy at all. Lucky, I haven't given a 1 star

If they deem it safe, they may leave the goods in order to avoid any delays and the need for a rescheduled delivery which may result in an extended wait. The product is good but the delivery system is a shambles. I have ordered 4 times from TPC and our address is 15 min from the depot but they always take the full7 working days and when I have added to an order a day later it takes another day to arrive. Also the corners and edges and trim are cheaper in B&Q.

We do on occasion need to transfer stock across from other branches and we try to be as honest as possible by advertising that our aim is to dispatch orders within 7-10 working days regardless of location. We also hand deliver on our own fleet to ensure your order is handled correctly. Don’t rely on the delivery service - in the end I drove to Bristol to pick my panels up. One of the corners had some damage, too; luckily I got around the problem.

Ordered 6 panels but later found I should have ordered 7. Ordered another and asked for it to be from the same batch. Batch number given when ordered. It wasn't until it was fitted that I realised that it was totally different in shade and colour. However, too late now. Very disappointed.

We ordered 9 wallboards and when they were delivered which we paid extra for, they only sent 1 person to deliver them. The driver expected me to help him to unload and move the boards because each board was too heavy for 1 person to lift. This was not possible as I have heart failure. This cost us an over 2 day delay in our building work. If we had been told we needed someone to lift the boards we could have arranged to get someone.

Despite giving full delivery instructions over the phone and my mobile phone number for the courier as the panels needed to go to my back of the house entrance for storage in the garage, they got dumped on the gravel in my front garden!!! This was a nightmare as I was unable to carry due to the huge size of 2.4 metres each panel! I phoned customer care to ask why I had no phone call as requested. I was told they phoned a landline number which when I checked the number they had on the system, was where I lived 18 months ago! I assume that the debit card gives the phone number of where the card was first registered to. How pointless is that. What was the point of me giving special instructions and specifically giving my mobile number…. why would anyone be called on a land line anyway???? No support was given to me in anyway going forward. Being a lone female of 70, I had to phone a local handyman to come over to carry them all around to the next road where the garage is situated and pay him £20 for his call out time. I was not impressed !!!
