“So impressed with this company. We visited their Bristol site where staff were really helpful and answered our many questions. They explained that they did not have stocks of panels we wanted but could obtain from other sites however it would delay delivery for 2 weeks. They kept in touch regularly by email and advised that we would get a text from the delivery company the day before advising of time of delivery. Delivered as expected by helpful driver. We haven't unpacked the panels yet but the labels are all correct. I'm really looking forward to getting these panels up in our bathroom to have the professional finish I've wanted for so long. Would highly recommend The Panel Company and will use them again should we need panels for another room.”

“Fantastic value and reasonable delivery timescales. Biggest disappointment was the poor contact information in that I had to phone twice to find out when delivery was actually going to happen. When planning things with tradespeople that is not ideal!”

“Very pleasant and helpful with good customer service as checking with me when they intend to delivery of the items suits me and is convenient The products where really good quality finish to them and that was the ash white ceiling panels They only recommendation i would say is that the panels could of come with a bit more protection”

“The quality is fair better than some others that I looked at and the price was a really good deal. I ordered 6 panels and they were fitted with a few plugs cuts etc in less than 4 hours.”

“Decent looking panels and to be honest decent website so decided to order our panels from here. Placed the order because shipping was 3-5 days and that suited our builder, paid and then received an email informing us that the panels were actually out of stock at our local warehouse and and we would have to wait up to 4 weeks for delivery. Panels finally arrived 4 weeks later and 1 panel was damaged, we didn’t bother to contact the panel company just because and fortunately our builder was able to use the damaged panel on an end so it wasn’t seen. Personally I wouldn’t recommend the panel company but I’m sure it was just our bad luck and the person reading this review may have a better experience.”

“No fuss at all placed order on line collected the item all good I thought the 1mx2m would fit in my vw passat saloon but I was wrong If you purchase this size panel make sure you take a van to pick up the panel”
