“Purchased one Premium Large Astra Stone Gloss 1.0m x 2.4m Shower Panel, two tubes of EVO-STIK Solvent Free Grip Fill Adhesive - White, and 4 lengths of end trim - 10mm Trim For a 10mm Depth Panel - chrome/Silver finish. The items were delivered at the time stated with no issues. The shower panel was perfect and looks great. The evo stik did exactly what was expected. The end trim chrome/silver coating started to come away when removing the protective coating. Contacted the Panel Company who were very helpful & apologetic and offered a refund immediately. Although disappointed with the trim coating I found the panel prices were very reasonable, the correspondence and customer service first class, therefore I would have no hesitation on using the Panel Company again.”

“Ordering was good the gentleman who I spoke to was very helpful and help me when I didn’t know which item I needed as there was two types and advised me which one to buy And then we went through all the items I needed payment was easy send me an email stating what I ordered and then I got anther email saying it was been pick out for delivery and it arrived on time The young man who delivered it was a happy person and chatty He liked that we had made a space for the delivery He was very polite and careful with the goods Excellent service will tell my family and friends to use your company”

“Ordered 9 Matt white panels and 2 x packs of 4 were great but the odd 1 was gloss white. So I contacted them and they couldn't have been more helpful. They sent me 2 x replacement Matt white panels within 2 days. Thank you.”

“Excellent customer service. Once items ordered received confirmation by e-mail straight away, with confirmed delivery date 2 days of order. Order was delivered as stated. This was the only place I could order a specific number of sheets, rather than full packs, but received full pack anyway. Not sure if this was deliberate as sheets as best prices I could find anyway and might easier to send full pack, rather than start splitting, but it was good to know I had spare in case of any mishaps! Panels look great and an excellent company.”

“Has the best prices online, a simple easy ordering process and easily kept in the loop with my delivery. Driver arrived bang on time and was kept updated with text messages before and on the day. Panels were packaged well and although not yet up look great. Also ordered a sample of another for another room which I will be placing an order of shortly.”

“Their shower panel tutorial made the job look so easy that I decided to buy them, the product is strong but light to handle, with a great selection of finishes, delivery was quick and professional, with the items taken virtually to the job, I would highly recommend the company and their products,great service all round”

“I was not notified our panels were out of stock and not going to be delivered in time until I rang to see when they would be delivered. This resulted in us having to rush around sourcing panels in stock local to me and thereby cancelling my order with you. Very poor service, would not recommend.”

On occasions there will be a delay but this should have been communicated to you at every stage.
