“I telephoned to change around my order for internal/ external shower panel joining strips... all went well and recieved email confirming changes. But unfortunately when the order arrived 4 days later, it was for my original order! Besides that all good panels arrived safely and are now indalled looking good”

“Happy with the panels and the price of the panels. What I did find disappointing was the 20% restocking fee that they insist on for returns. This seems ridiculous considering the item I want to return is an item that can be placed on a shelf. Not even sure if restocking fees are allowed.”
