“Panels were ordered on behalf of a customer and delivered when I was ready to start job. Unfortunately the packaging had two holes which continued into two of the panels. They were the size of a pencil. and about 2-3 inches apart. Luckily I could put the damaged sheets behind the cistern so I could complete the work, but I would that these panels to be supplied damage free as it can really impact on my time as a trades man.”

Hi Mike We make it very clear on the website for all orders to be checked over on delivery and to report to us immediately so that we can rectify and get new panels sent out the next working day. Had this been reported to us we would have been able to sort this out. “Not very good quality, visable lines on a grey sparkle shower board, with a dent in another spot. Apparently this is the way they are🤷”

“Very happy with wall panel products. Only one panel damaged on arrival but managed to minor fill small dent and repair. Once glued to walls the product is excellent and appearance is classy quality. Used for beauty salon spray tan room.”

“Really great customer service. Ordered panels and trim items, some of which arrived slightly damaged. A quick call and a no quibble replacement arrived safely the very next day (200 miles). Can't wait to get in the new shower Thumbs Up 👍 for Adam”

“My purchase from the Panel Company has been excellent. Very competitive price , prompt delivery but they really excelled when I discovered I had ordered the wrong product ! I thought I’d made an expensive mistake but a phone call with Ashley gave us hope . He was really helpful and saw how I had made the mistake . A quick phone call later , he had arranged for a collection and replacement style to be delivered 2 days later . Fantastic customer service from him and from my experience I would highly recommend the Panel company to others . Well done”

“I dont often leave feedback, but here it is? The Panel Company deserves it, I cant recommend them enough, excellent sevice, delivery within the stated time frame, sorting out a damaged panel on delivery and my order mistake. their quick efficient and no fuss approach is sadly missing from a lot of companies selling online these days :-(. BUT not from The panel Company, order with the confidence that they DO car about the customer from start to finish and just in case you are wondering, yes I am a genuine happy customer and this is a genuine review. “An all round good experience. The quality of the items is very good value. One panel was damaged on arrival but was replaced quickly and efficiently after 1 phone call which is as good a service as you can have for delivered items. We used the panels both for the shower and the bathroom and we're very pleased with the finish. All round experience very good and will definitely use again for the en suite.”

“Great company. And great products. I ordered free samples and placed the order for shower panels and flooring. They were delivered within a week as promised. They have really good customer service and post sales support. 4 of the 20 5mm panels I ordered were damaged during transport and they arranged to send me replacements straight away. Currently waiting on the replacements to be delivered to finish my project.”
