“What a fantastic company - I ordered 4 panels but two got damaged in transit (by the courier company) - I emailed the company and they immediately dispatched two more panels which arrived the following day! Fantastic service! I haven’t had these fitted yet but they look amazing and looking forward to seeing them on the wall!”

“Great prices and quick delivery, however for some strange reason we got double delivery which I called about and someone came to collect very quickly which was great. We have now opened our delivery and noticed 1 of the panels had a dent in and was broken in the corner and along the panel for about 4 inches. Luckily we had to cut the board so it didn't matter to us. I'd definitely recommend this company and would definitely use again. Thankyou”

“Ordered prior to Christmas and expected a delay but my order arrived after 5 days which was great.Delivery driver very polite and helpful which is a plus these days. So happy with my graphite panels that now we have decided to continue around the bathroom instead of the planned replastering and painting-The Panel Company will definitely be getting my next order when we have decided on the best match for my already installed Graphite panels.”

“The staff and service was absolutely excellent. Granted, they had missed a couple of small items off our initial order due to a miscommunication but after a quick phone call with an extremely helpful guy, the missing peices were delivered within 48hrs. Would rate the company for sure and recommend them, however the same can't be said for some of the products but will review those separately. Thank you for your excellent service!”

“Can't recommend enough. Waited 5 days (including the weekend) but unfortunately hit an issue where the website had reset the colour trims back to their original colour setting after the page had refreshed, thereby giving me the wrong colour trims. After contacting The Panel Company, they managed to rectify my order and get a new set of trims out the very next day. Customer service is fantastic, friendly and very helpful. I will definitely be using these guys again when my house will (inevitably) be remodelled again.”

“From the first phone call Adam and the whole team could t have been more helpful. I was a little apprehensive about the quality of product I’d receive considering that I’m ordering online and haven’t seen the product at this point but I need not have worried. The panels came on time, without damage and far exceeded what I’d expected. I would t hesitate in ordering again… even a very useless amateur such as myself has made a good job of the refurb!”

“Nice panels but poor customer service. When my panels arrived I received a pack of 4 and then a single panel which was a different colour. I contacted them and was told they apologised and would send a replacement. After that I have had no contact from them despite several attempts to chase up my replacement. They have ignored all subsequent emails and you can never get through on the phone. The only contact I have had was an email to leave this review!”

“Although the panels came after the delivery date. Customer services kept us up to date. Competitively priced. When delivered one of the long edges was slightly cracked..fortunately we were still able to use. Also the 'how to' videos were very helpful. Generally pleased with the panels.”

“Had my order delivered on time and when said they would. I had a slight mishap and didn't order enough ceiling panels and external trim so I phoned them up and the gentleman who answered the phone could not of been more helpful even asking my batch code on the panels, great customer service from him. I received my additions the next day. I would use this company again.”

“Avoid this company at all costs. My experience with them was a nightmare. There was no communication at all on their end about when I would receive my shower panels. I tried emailing them to find out and heard nothing back from them. I tried ringing them and was told that they were having stock issues. Well then don't list items as "Available now!" if you don't have them. It's not hard! Ended up having to wait 14 days to finally get my order and they sent me the wrong size panel trims! I'll buy the correct sized trims elsewhere - I can't afford to wait another 2 weeks for a replacement that may or may not actually be what I ordered.”
