“Excellent product which has transformed our bathroom. The white sparkle panels used in the shower enclosure will be so much easier to keep clean and dry. The panels were delivered on time, ready for our fitter to proceed without delay. Chris”

“Well priced and straightforwad web site. Beware stated delivery times, after placing order on a Monday i was told 10 working days - i get that if they use their own vehicles they have to do it in an ordered manner. I was too busy to find a quicker supplier and then out of the blue they texted to it would be on Friday. less than 5 working days from order. Excellent. lots of comms by text advising delivery time, but it did keep getting moved forward and back during the day. Anyway, guy who delivered carried it all in and all was good. panels seem fine, although they have only been up a couple of days. Cant tell you about returns and refunds as i manged to get the order right first time.”

“Failed to meet the declared delivery time. Called me 4 days after taking payment to say that I have to wait for another 4 weeks. Prior to this call another member of staff contacted me to say that that the trim I ordered was wrong for the board and swapped it for another one with my approval. The trim was delivered by a third party but because I cancelled my order they had to come and collect it. It would have been OK if they didn't turn up at 7:30am. Refund was issued quick with no questions asked. Looks like the staff know the product but the operation is not synchronised between different departments, depots and third parties, as a result the customer does not get what they were promised.”
