Failed to meet the declared delivery time. Called me 4 days after taking payment to say that I have to wait for another 4 weeks. Prior to this call another member of staff contacted me to say that that the trim I ordered was wrong for the board and swapped it for another one with my approval. The trim was delivered by a third party but because I cancelled my order they had to come and collect it. It would have been OK if they didn't turn up at 7:30am. Refund was issued quick with no questions asked. Looks like the staff know the product but the operation is not synchronised between different departments, depots and third parties, as a result the customer does not get what they were promised.
