“Wasn’t happy with you offering me discount after I’ve paid full price, no communication. When panels did arrive they were as expected. Need to help the trade, instead of crazy offers after ordering”

“My application was not 'usual' in that I was creating a splashback - skirting board to halfway up the wall, in a corner, to go behind my grand daughter's bedroom handbasin. I phoned on a few occasions to ask for advice and found them willing and helpful. The guys even did a 'try out' when I rang, to suggest the best way of 'capping' the corner trim, the top of which was going to be visible. Ordering was simple and straightforward. At the end of the suggested dispatch period, I'd still not heard from them regarding delivery so I gave them a ring to discover my order had not reached the Rotherham delivery team, but the person I spoke to assured me he'd organise delivery for the following day, and sure enough it was delivered. No problems fitting, even with the corner running out, just trimmed the panels to suit. I don't believe I will ever tile again. Far simpler and much cheaper. The white platinum sparkle panels certainly provide the 'wow' factor - my granddaughter is going to love it.👍😁”

“Have visited the panel company twice once to choose and the second time to finally eliminate and order, nothing was too much trouble and James who looked after us very professionally and would like to thank the other staff sorry can’t remember names must be a senior moment and would thoroughly recommend the company for all your bathroom needs best wishes Clive & Carol”

“Really fast delivery. We had to make a second order and the wrong stuff was sent but once I contacted customer service they quickly turned it round and changed the order within days. They phoned and emailed to apologise and put things right. I cannot fault them in any way they were great. Would highly recommend them, a good company to deal with.”

“I work for Federation of Small businesses so like to support SMEs whenever possible. The panel company went way above and beyond in showing what makes buying from SMEs so good. Not only were the prices amazing but when they had an issue with delivery I got to speak someone who could sort things out. They slotted a new delivery time in around a busy work schedule I have ensuring my bathroom refit wasn't delayed. Brilliant company with genuinely, friendly helpful staff.”

“Panels arrived on time and kept informed of delivery times. Panels are as expected and good for the price. Only slight issue some of the panels dented on the tongue making it a little difficult to push into the groove. Having installed hundreds of panels from various companies not a big problem.”

“I ordered 3plastic sparkle panels for our shower project.They came undamaged with their own delivery vans.which is excellent as normal couriers tend to damage them.only thing order in advance if you want them quickly.as the delivery takes a few days. But very pleased a great price. Many thanks Keith winter.”

“The price was reasonable and the delivery date was good. The only thing that let them down was the delivery time. I was initially give a time between 3 and 4pm. This was changed on the day to between 3.30 and 4pm, no problem there. Except they didn't turn up until 4.30pm and when to the billing address and not the delivery address. Luckily my wife sent them back around the corner to where I was waiting.”
