“Order 4 black oak panels. Only received 2 out of the 4 panels after a delayed delivery. They resent another 2 out and another delayed delivery. May be cause of this time of year and delivery service.”

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, I'm sorry to hear about the negative experience you've had with us. As you mentioned in your review, unfortunately due to the combination of Black Friday, Storm Darragh and the festive period our deliveries have been delayed. We do aim to communicate this clearly with customers, but we accept that your experience wasn't good enough and we apologise for the inconvenience caused.

“Product appears very good. After sales less so. Got e mail post purchase to say that local branch would now be dealing with it and would be notified in advance of delivery date. Nothing heard for some time and had to chase local branch as not heard anything to be told 'They've been out of stock but believe we have just had delivery i'll check and let you know'. Nothing heard again other than a delivery without notification at 6.45am !! a few days later.”

“Excellent service from start to finish. Great communication regarding my order and delivery day/times. Simon just deliver my item and was very friendly and helpful, I asked if he would take round to come in the back door which he was happy to do with a smile on his face. The product is also great for value and I am externally happy with it. I would highly recommend this company”

“Very pleased with the panels which I used to line the ceiling of my porch. They were easy to install and fittled together well. I had to wait a little while for delivery, but that wasn't a big problem. When the delivery did come it was at 7am(!) rather than the 7.45-8.45am slot promised. But the main thing was that the panels were undamaged. I had been worried that because they are relatively flimsy they could be damaged in transit. But all was fine. I would use The Panel Company again.”

“Service from staff was faultless as they were friendly and helpful throughout. Had the panels delivered for a few weeks now and finally come to fit it but the quality was a little disappointing. The top and bottom edging almost shows the indentation of the panel. The top can be hidden with the trim but the bottom becomes unsightly”
