“Easy quick service, there was a slight problem with the delivery. Reported to them on Friday - replacement delivered Monday, can't fault service like that and at very competitive price.”

“Great price great service the slatted panels I chose were yhe cheapest on the net and included delivery I ordered the trims and adhesive too all came as per delivery schedule when I had fitted panels I needed another that was quickly despatched and once again delivery free and prompt all good would not hesitate to use yhem again or recommend them to family of friends”

“Panels ordered 30/1/24. No communication received regarding delivery by 8/2/24 so I emailed Bristol. I received an answer within an hour stating that these panels are delivered direct from manufacturer, and I was given a delivery date for 16/2/24. This raises two questions; if the delivery is direct from the manufacturer and a date can be arranged within an hour, why was this not done when the order was placed to save me having to wait eight days, and then having to chase it; and secondly, if I had not initiated contact how long would I have been kept waiting before someone actually bothered to do something about arranging the delivery? The delivery is due tomorrow, we will see whether that happens.”

“Bought 3 panels delivered quickly. Under ordered so had to purchase another. Unfortunately despite giving the batch number the latest panel was a different shade but had to make doas there was at least 2 months between the deliveries. The lady dealing with my additional order was lovely. Helpful, friendly and professional. Lesson learned here , dont guess how many you need.”

“My items are still yet to arrive - over 12 working days (16 total). After no correspondence after 10, I called to find kut where they were, to be advised they were die to be delivered on Thursday, but that they didn’t know why it was so late. I was given the local depot in Bristol, who too didn’t know why it was so late, and advised they would call me back Monday to inform me why and if it could be delivered earlier - today is Wednesday and still no phone call. Furthermore, the website advises that ‘you will be contacted 24hrs prior to delivery’….with delivery advised to me by phone that it would be Wednesday, I al overdue this prior notification, so I am expecting that my delivery will not be made tomorrow…and will run deep into the 3rd week of waiting, maybe even the 4th”

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We do offer free delivery on order overs over £75 however, there is a £50 delivery charge for any special order items such as "Showerwall". Unfortunately this is a standard delivery charge set by the supplier. We do have alternative solid core panels that we stock if you would like to email for more information at info@panelcompany.co.uk and I would be happy to discuss other options with you.
