“The quality of the product is excellent. The boy who delivered could not have been nicer or more professional. The only thing I found was that there was a time delay in telling me when the product was to be delivered. I find it quite scary buying a product like this on line not only for the cost but also the quality, but I would highly recommend this company.”

“Still waiting for the delivery. I waited in for a the day they said it would be delivered, but got a call on the day to say the package was damaged and I will have to wait till the following month.”

In the event of any damage we will notify you the customer as soon as possible as we do not want to deliver product that is not perfect. “The panels are good quality, however, getting them delivered was not a good experience. I wasn't given any indication of delivery time so I was waiting all day. They eventually turned up about 4pm and the delivery guy wouldn't take them indoors and left them kerbside reciting company policy! They were far too heavy and big for me to take indoors on my own, so I had to go and ask some workmen who happened to be in my neighbourhood to help. I felt I had to give them a tip for their help so added cost to my delivery! I'm a small woman and I'd you can't take something like that over the doorstep, then give a timed delivery at least!”

“Very helpful guy in the Bristol branch, plenty of advice enabled me to choose the accessories to go with the panels. Subsequently I placed my order on the website. I had internal and external “metal” corner beading which was easy to cut to length with no delaminating of the metal foil off the plastic. The panels themselves are sturdy and need a bit of effort to close the join between panels. Otherwise they are a doddle to fit. Easy to cut too. I debated the need for the cladseal strip where the panel meets the shower tray. Used it in the end and, with the recommend amount of silicone, it does give a good watertight seal. The prices can’t be bettered and with free delivery, which also arrived ahead of the scheduled date, I can’t complain at all! Five stars all round.”

“The panels are excellent and, with a little trial and error, are super quick to cut and fit. I havnt given five stars though purely because the quality of things like corner and end caps are disappointing. I expected these to be metal but they are actually plastic with a silver foil on top which can delaminate in the process of cutting. It's a great shame because there is a lot of waste. I would gladly pay a little more for better quality. The panels themselves deserve it.”
