Good Afternoon, With regards your outstanding order, I have contacted the distribution centre managing your delivery and we have had to request stock from central warehouse which has unfortunately caused the delay. “No next day delivery as forgot to put on van. Still waiting a week later. Plumber and electrician had to cancel so cannot move into our new property on Friday. Promised 2nd attempt would be early in week now Wednesday”

“Used this company before, with good results, this was a larger job, kitchen walls & ceiling. Also en-suite walls & shower, pleased with all products not been able to unpack everything as a car accident has ceased the job, but delivery driver was extremely helpful, and the products that I have unpacked so far are exactly as we expected. The kitchen wall panels (I’ve managed to install so far are brilliant) once completed I will definitely send photos. Injures allowing in the next 2 weeks.”

“Happy with the look of the panels but delivery was a joke. Told that I would receive an email the day before and then I would be text my 1 hour delivery slot. Came home the other night from work to be told by my son that he came around the side of the house and there were large boxes leaning against the house. Boxes stored upright, cardboard wet as it had been raining. States on the box they should be stored flat, no email, no text! Pretty poor to be honest.”

“I was not in when the delivery took place, but my 16 yr old daughter was. The delivery driver was asking how old are you, Dont think this is appropriate and why did he ask!”

“Really happy with the ordering process and the actual products, the panels and trim look great. My only gripe was delivery- they give you a window of a few days for delivery then text the day before. I suppose that’s fine for a building site, but I had to change my work meetings so I could be working from home at the last minute so I’d be home for delivery. Delivery chap was pleasant. Would use them again.”

“I had a project to do and ordered my panel for the ceiling in my shower room 2 bedrooms hall way and living area of my caravan I also ordered panels for all the walls the price and product was excellent value for the money the quality was perfect and delivery prompt I would recommend to anyone wanting to use wet wall panels”
