“We where looking for a water resistant acoustic panel - looked everywhere and The panel company had a new product in there huge range - you can almost get lost in the mass of differant styles for differant rooms, its impressive and has become a one stop shop for anything you want to cover from wall to ceiling the acoustic sample delivered on request was an immediate yes without trying it in its setting (the client thought so too) the delivery is 7 to 10 days but arrived in 5 with no damage... not the 1st time Ive used this company and they seem to be moving from strength to strength, a huge thankyou to the London Dartford branch for getting it right everytime..”

“The products are extremely well priced and of good quality. Unfortunately, the delivery times have been disappointing, with orders taking over two weeks to arrive. On my most recent order, I received an item that didn't match a previous purchase. It then took another two weeks for the correct replacement to be delivered. Customer service has also been difficult to reach, with phone calls often going unanswered. Overall, the products themselves are excellent, but the delivery times and communication could be significantly improved.”

“It's the first time we have been able to afford a smart bathroom and the design was very hard but the panels was the easy part as your choise of designs and colors was great, we were very excited when we received the email to say our order was be delivered. Which turned up on time and a very polite and professional driver.. Now they are all fitted just a few small jobs left then we can enjoy our new bathroom thank you from the Monkman family....”
