“We have bought 3 separate orders of wall panels with them being top quality If panel company have they panels at a competitive price going forward I think they will do very well against other competitors”

“Excellent service. First panel was damaged, so spoke with customer services, no hassle! new panel sent. We had a small problem with the shade and batch number , again sorted with no issues.”

“Great service. They phoned up, we’d put in a second order for just a couple of panels, to ask why we needed the panels. I explained i hadn’t quite ordered enough. They said they thought that was the case and they’d contacted us as what they had in stock was a new batch and they may not be a colour match. They asked how many i needed to finish the job and sent me the additional panels at no extra cost. Exceptional customer service.”

“Purchased the Charcoal Slat wall panels for a media tv wall, 4 x 600mm panels Ordered on 2nd December, delivered on 11th December. A set of 2 panels were in a sealed box and the other 2 were in bubble wrap. On 16th December started the install, took the bubble wrap off and found as there was nothing layered in-between the panels, the wood faces had scuffed each other also at one end 3 slats had chips missing, was I sent returned/rejected items as were not in the official boxing? The pink grip adhesive worked great as long as you are careful not to get it on the frontside of the black felt. One gripe I had is the porous nature of the finished veneer, when installing my forehead made contact with the panel and left a sweat/grease mark that I cannot remove. Overall the finished affect is impressive and the TV covers the scuff marks.”

“As despatch to the Highlands was not available I took the chance of having the panels sent to my daughter's address in Wiltshire in time for a van load going North on a Saturday. An hour from departure time I was sure the order was not going to make it, but with time to spare the panels duly appeared and made the journey with everything else. The van was driven by their own driver who was giving up his Saturday to make sure the delivery promise was fulfilled. Great service and lovely panels.”

“Delivery was satisfactory. I was surprised that the brick effect panels were cut vertically. This made life difficult in order to match the pattern when attempting to fit panels onto a wall having an internal triangular gable shape. It would have been easier if the brick effect panels were cut horizontally with the pattern as an option.”

“Waited patiently for delivery in 1 hour time slot and no one came, no knock on the door and no ring of the bell. Eventually went outside to bring in the bin and found them stood up against the wall in very battered boxes. Ordered 4 panels, three fine ,one scratched and had a puncture on underside. Sent three emails requesting a replacement but no reply. Very disappointed”
