“The panels are superb. But the lack of notice on delivery was annoying. There's no point sending a message after your offices have closed telling me that the panels will be delivered the next day! This has happened twice and I've had to desperately move my calendar about to accommodate you. More notice would be appreciated. Thanks.”

The reason we give 24 hours notice is because our fleet of drivers are allocated specific routes the day before and we like to give customers the most accurate updates. “Where to start so took 15 days to finally arrive it was the lies they told us i rang email or message again so they said my panels was coming Friday the the 12th rang they said damaged ok they was going to Bristol to get more will deliver Monday no delivery sent fb message for them to say they had pm no still waiting emailed then for them to say branch was ringing me still waiting finally hubby phoned and then they said they coming from London 😂finally got today but they really didn’t want to deliver them please bare in mind my husband took a week of work to complete the bathroom had no compensation now he will have to do on a weekend panels lovely but could have got else where even my orders came quicker from china than Huddersfield which is 40mins down the motorway Question below emailed telephone messages”

“Haven't fitted yet but customer service was very good, rhey held my order whilst i changed it (same lady dealt with me) delivery notice and delivery guy was friendly....hope product goea up well”

“It cost me £147 to clad a 6ft wall with a 4ftsq window. Some of the cost was window trim which is ver poor quality and I eould say, not fit for purpose. I say this as I've previously used widow trim for tiles which is such a robust product. I accidentally caught the trim whist fitting the sill and it just buckled, it has no strength. If you're asking me if I'd buy it again, it would be no. Although I hope my wall is now more insulated and that was my goal. Also, the front finish is paper thin znd will damage easily. I am sorry to leave this less than positive response but ig was my experience.”

Good Morning, Thank you for your review. I am sorry that the product did not meet your expectations. A PVC external corner is robust but it does have its limitations especially if an exposed corner is caught. For a window trim or any high traffic area where the external corner will be exposed to pressure or activity I would recommend an aluminium trim. Regards Panel Company | Customer Services

“The delivery person was very helpful. Our purchase was very well packaged. The variety of displays in the Tardis showroom, was amazing. The counter staff were also very helpful. I placed a scale drawing on the counter, my order was sorted in minutes.”

“They don't respond to emails. Totally ignored my requests even after mentioning twice that I no longer needed the product as it wasn't delivered on time and I had bought another because I needed to finish doing my wall at a specific timeline”

“Good product, really pleased with it. The poor driver had a terrible time with the delivery as our road had a gas leak and the gas board had kindly shut the road at both ends, so the poor chap was being shunted a few miles only to find the other end of the road was closed. However, with a telephone call and a couple of sign moves, he managed to get to our house. So good service from him.”

“Their website stated that panels would be delivered within 4-7 days. In reality, it took 2 weeks and they held up the job. The panels were good quality and look great, but The Panel Company were just a third party who got things wrong. I would find a different supplier in the future.”

“Great product, very good quality. But... Giving customers less than 24 hours notice for delivery is not good. I had 2 separate orders, delivered on different days and on both occasions I had a text message from you after 5pm the day before delivery telling me that the product would be arriving the next day. Not ideal! I had to rearrange meetings etc. to make sure that I was at home!”

“The Panel companies prices were the lowest I could find and delivered on time with upto date delivery txts throughout the day, I made a mistake in my order my fault entirely and they swapped with no quibbles(in fact we had a joke about it) and again delivered swiftly. I will definitely use them again even IF they are are more expensive, GOOD SERVICE is everything! Many thanks guys, Paul 😉”

“Bought some panelling to freshen up our bathroom and I have to admit that I'm impressed with every aspect so far. Price was great - range was on sale, communication was fantastic & delivered quickly. Product hasn't been applied yet but does look & feel good quality.”
