“Ordered the panels and received panels in good time, slight issue with panel quality on the reverse side from delivery possibly but was not a problem. Installed panels and bathroom now looks transformed, happy customer 😊”

“Great product, love our finished bathroom. We had a few problems, but customer service was excellent, & Lyndon came to our rescue, doing everything he could to help. Delivery was on time. We would purchase from the Panel Company again & highly recommend.”

“I ordered 2 panels following advert from Instagram. The orders were fulfilled quickly and delivery was arranged within a few days. The driver was in touch the day before delivery with delivery timeslot. Overall excellent service and good quality product at the most affordable price online. My space looks much better just as i have pictured it.”

“The panels is very nice I like them . But delivery is terrible ...drivers just left them outside my house and drove away in the early morning. Did not even rang the door bell or call me. NOT GOOD ! THATS WHY I GIVE REVIEW 1 STAR ONLY!”

Hi - We are very sorry about any inconvenience this may have caused. Usually, you would receive a message the day before delivery stating a 2-hour time slot in which panels will be delivered. I will contact the branch that dispatched your order to get to the bottom of this.

“It was very simple to order our panel and other bits needed. They are beautiful and make our shower look bigger (though I know it isnt lol) and so much brighter. It wasnt as expensive as I thought it would be and delivery was very quick. Thank you”

“I am very pleased with my panels and the service from the company. I still am waiting to get them fitted in my bathroom as I ordered them early thinking it would take a while because of my post code but I received them within a week of ordering. So I scan update when they are fitted.”

“I chose the Panel Company after an internet search and I bought 26 x 2.4M ceiling panels , 12 x Evo adhesive and 28M edging, all for an unbeatable sale price. Delivery was excellent in 10 days and my new ceiling is in situ now . I glued them directly to a popcorn ceiling and only used a Stanley blade for cutting. One enquiry was dealt with immediately by email. Excellent company and I will use them again as their range of materials expands. Michael ( Glasgow )”

“Need to get some customer service training.told drivers check orders 1 line of 3 off sent 3 different items.wrong items delivered told that could never happen as driver check every order and was trying to put blame on customer.will not use again.”

“Would have been great if they had of sent the right gear bottom trim which is the start of the job was the wrong size and I'd taken the bank holiday off work to do the shower. Bad bad bad.”
