“Need to get some customer service training.told drivers check orders 1 line of 3 off sent 3 different items.wrong items delivered told that could never happen as driver check every order and was trying to put blame on customer.will not use again.”

“Would have been great if they had of sent the right gear bottom trim which is the start of the job was the wrong size and I'd taken the bank holiday off work to do the shower. Bad bad bad.”

“I had a few minor issues, spoke to different members of staff who had the same attitude and manner to resolve and deal with the issues. Invariably there are mistakes it’s how the company deals with them - I am pleased with their service and will use the Panel Company again.”

“Panels are not yet installed, so tbis is about the process of ordering and delivery. We ordered the panels from the store in Rotherham, the guy there was very knowledgeable, and helpful in suggesting things we might need to complete the job. Delivery was great and actually much faster than we were expecting. A problem with 2 panels but replacement was with us in a couple of days. We were lucky enough to get a good discount as they were in the sale at the time of ordering. Very happy with all aspects.. 👌”

“Fantastic service. Panels are brilliant. Price was great as there was a sale on. I miscalculated how many panels I would need I was one short. I phoned Huddersfield store, they were fantastic and sent me a panel with the same code as all my other ones so matched beautifully in less than a week. Defiantly recommend this company.”

“The panels aren't up yet. This review therefore deals only with order fulfilment. This is a good company to deal with. They deal with the bulky nature of their products by operating their own deliver van fleet. Before deliver I was surprised only to receive the information that delivery would occur within 2-5 days. Noone was at home when delivery was first attempted. Afterwards common sense prevailed and I was contacted about mutually convenient deliver times. On second attempt delivery day I was kept informed about expected delivery time via text message. The delivery driver was chatty and helpful.”

“Very rarely do you find a company that will do there upmost to and deliver early with the short notice sometimes given meeting my clients request’s.. I’ve been ordering panels from this company for nearly 2 years now - consistently order after order I get what it says on there packaging (hassle free) assisting me to get the job done.”
