“When my order arrived there were a few panels with transit damage. I contacted customer service and they were brilliant, they replaced the damaged panels and were really apologetic and easy to deal with. I would certainly recommend The Panel Company to anyone wanting to panel their walls. The panels themselves fit together beautifully and the fit and finish is excellent, so much easier than tiling and without all the weight. Excellent all round!!!”

“The communication was excellent, contacted to ask to leave delivery in garage and was assured the instructions would be made to delivery driver and had phone call previous day to notify what time the delivery would be. All delivered safely. Thank you”

“Just what I needed really happy with them my wife loved the so much she now wants the rest of the bathroom done in the sane panels. 😒 They are heavy but so easy to cut and to install, they look so nice when installed. good price the winner for me!”

“The quality for the price of the panels are fantastic, delivery after placing my order was very efficient. I attached the panels by using strong velcro tape as I wanted to be able to remove them without any damage to my wall when my son grows out of his toddler bed. Very happy customer.”

“I bought the matt white 'v' groove ceiling panels....First thing you should know is that they are not a 'typical' v groove....the vo is more of a wide U shape. That aside the product is easy to work with and looks great. But don't be silly like me ....I bought the coving that the boards slide into.....and the sillh bit is that I didn't buy the inside and outside corner pieces ghat connect the coving.......trust me when I say that uou cannot cut a 45' angle on the coving to join them. YOU NEED THE CORNER PIECES......I'd stuck mine to the ceiling before I realized that corner pieces were available....my own stupid fault. I found some plastic quarter round and used that as coving. I would/will use the product again.”

“The product is excellent. The quality and build of the panels were extremely top notch. The only drawback from our point of view was the lack of communication as to when the order was going to be delivered. Waited over a week for any communication to say the panels would be delivered on a certain date. We had to make two separate orders due to my own miscalculation and on both occasions, the communication was lacking. Overall, we are really please with the panels and at a great price too. Apologies for no 5 stars, delivery & communication was lacking.”
