“I ordered 4 x natural oak acoustic panel boards and they arrived on time, well packaged & in perfect condition. The panels were easy to cut and install using black screws Very pleased with the purchase and the price”

“All areas were good..delivery just seemed to be a while,about a week..but delivery & tracking were great..driver was friendly,& bought into the house ..products look great..but still waiting to install”

“Received 3 panels. All in good conditions. 2 panels were in cardboard packaging. The 3rd panel didn't have cardboard around it and was taped to the other 2. No damage thankfully. Can recommend this company and will use them again”

“Delivery was very poor. They refused to bring the panels inside the house and left them outside the front door in the rain. For indoor panels that are not supposed to get wet, this was very bad.”

Our delivery conditions, as shown on our website, are strictly a "curb side delivery", delivery drivers are instructed not to enter a customers house, for risk of damage to property. “Our bathroom was old and outdated so we was looking for shower panels and luckily we come across The Panel Company and it was half price so we decided to buy panels from them and haven't regret it. Well packed ,good quality and looks amazing and half price. Recommending this company.”

“I would love to write a review but my order has still not arrived as it is out of stock at the branch that is delivering it. I placed the order as everything was in stock and not told otherwise when ordering. This has now put my project back at least a week and counting. Told website does as a whole company regarding stock not as delivery branch. What a joke. 13 days at least from ordering and counting. Not happy.”

“I received the product samples and I can't think of purchasing anything, the product is pretty low quality, the panels have a low quality printed texture which does look fake even without touching it.”

“some of the panels were damaged, one looked like it had been dropped or damaged as they'd been taken off the van. the other had a small slit in, but not visible on a photo. luckily we'd ordered plenty to cover these, the slit one although it was in the centre widthways, it was towards the end of the panel and the damaged one we had to work around as didn't want to wait. Didn't report as we were waiting to see if we could manage, which we did, so no harm done, you just need to be aware.”

I have refunded one of the shower panels. In these rare cases where panels are damaged upon delivery we will always replace them, but i understand you were able to work round them.
